We are hiring a Staff Augmentation Sales Manager to drive business development and client acquisition across India and GCC markets in the staffing industry. The role requires strong regional networks, expertise in Digital solutions, and a proven ability to generate revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for Clients.
• Drive new client acquisition and build long-term partnerships
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle (lead generation to closure)
• Collaborate with recruitment & delivery teams for successful execution
• Track market trends and competitor insights

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in sales / business development
• Strong knowledge of staffing models (contract, permanent, RPO, managed services)
• Proven track record in achieving/exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client handling skills
• Established network with HR leaders and decision-makers
• Experience in staffing firms or HR consulting
• Willingness to travel across India & GCC markets
