Overview
Nowhere is the investment of first-rate user experience and dependability of a platform dearer than in the realm of entertainment eCommerce rivals. Our client is an entrepreneurial start-up company, and the idea was to design and develop a platform where the users could purchase movie tickets, listen to music, watch videos, and purchase exclusive merchandise. However, they experienced certain technical problems, such as scopes, operational problems, and security problems.

Our Process
We had a strategic plan that was unique for the client in order to meet its requirements. The process aimed at designing a sound, growing, and safe infrastructure for satisfying targeted client experiences.
Assessment and Strategy Development
The process was initiated by the assessment of current processes and the set of tools to support them. With such analyses, one gets to know such areas of delay in the deployment processes as well as such weaknesses in the infrastructure. We assured automation, performance, and security through our solutions.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
To solve the issue of having inconsistent development environments, we used IaC tools like Terraform and Ansible. This made the deployments more standardized and brought faster time-to-provision on development, testing, and production environments.
Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
We created CI/CD pipelines through Jenkins and GitLab, for build, testing, and deployment phases. The pipelines encompassed simple unit tests, integration tests, and specified vulnerability tests to ascertain that the code was fit for release without bugs.
Monitoring and Optimization
For the monitoring of the platform to ensure increased reliability, we deployed Prometheus & Grafana monitoring tools. These tools offered information promptly on a system’s performance, traffic, and error rates for prevention of possible problems.
